RETURNS POLICY

CAVIALE’s main purpose is guarantee a product that is exclusive and of a great quality; thus naturally executing full satisfaction. If, however unfortunately for any reason whatsoever you are not satisfied with your product, you may exercise your consumer right to return purchased products within seven working days from the date the order was delivered to you. The order must be returned via a respectable courier to guarantee safe delivery via a trackable indicator. Due to the exclusivity of the garments at this moment it is not possible to return an item for an exchange, however we advise if you wish to do so contact us on: returns@cavialestudios.com, so we can process the cancellation of your order and provide you with credit for the item returned (after the returned item is deemed acceptable), you may go ahead an purchase another item with your store credit.

 

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF RETURN

The right to return products shall be deemed acceptable once the following conditions have been  fully met:

 

1. Firstly once you decide you may no longer want an item for any reason whatsoever, you must e-mail - returns@cavialestudios.com, stating your order number and a reason for your return/cancellation within seven working days from the date of your receipt thereof;

2. The products have not been used, tampered with, worn, washed, stained or damaged;

3. The identification tag is still attached to the garment with the wax seal still intact (i.e. it must not show tampering, cracking or damage);

4. All items that have been allocated for return must be shipped back to CAVIALE within seven working days from the date the order was delivered to the consumer;

5. Lastly all the returns must be sent carefully packaged in their original packing securely.

 

On condition that all the requirements set forth above have been fulfilled, CAVIALE shall refund the entire price of the returned products from your order. In an unfortunate situation if the above requirements have not been fulfilled, you will be notified via a thoroughly detailed e-mail explaining why the returned products cannot be accepted for a refund. In this occurrence, you can have the products delivered back to you at no expense to CAVIALE. If you refuse the delivery, CAVIALE reserves the right to retain the products and the amount paid for those products.

 

REFUND TIMES AND PROCEDURES 

Following the inspection of the returned items and their approval in compliance to all the above  set requirements; you will receive an e-mail that the returned products have been accepted. The refund procedure begins within 28 days, beginning from the date CAVIALE was informed of your decision to exercise your right to return under the DSR’s, and the refund will be made to the original method of payment (Credit/Debit Card, PayPal).

 

The time taken for refunding the amount the consumer paid for purchasing the returned item depends entirely on your method of payment:

 

Credit/Debit Card payments: Refund period will reflect entirely on your Credit Card issuers policies;

PayPal payments: Payments made via PayPal will be credited to your account and will be appear in your balance as soon as the refund is processed. 

 

CAVIALE’S IDENTIFICATION TAG

All the garments and accessories available on CAVIALESTUDIOS.COM arrive to the consumer with an identification tag that is secured with a handcrafted hardened wax seal; that can be removed by twisting the pin with some force causing it to fracture in half. Please try on all the products without removing the tag, i.e. damaging/fracturing the seal. Any items returned back to CAVIALE within the seven day period from the initial delivery date to the consumer with any indication of a broken/damaged/removed identification tag and seal will not be accepted.
